To-do list
single tasks you can sit down and finish. Anything you haven't decided on yet belongs in Ideas.
Idea inbox
quick capture: anything you haven't decided on yet lands here. Nothing turns into a project on its own — review it now and then by hand: turn it into a task in To-do, or delete it. Ctrl+Enter saves.
Operational checklists
clickable templates you can reset. They're starting points — edit them until they match how you actually work. Pick a project and you'll only see its instances. Use "+ NEW" to start a template on the selected project.

renewals show up automatically in Deadlines
Finances
a quick overview, not accounting — everything is entered by hand: you type the balance or price when you look it up. No automatic connection to your bank or broker, no API, no keys stored here.

Stocks / holdings
you update "current price" yourself when you check it at your broker — that's what the gain/loss is worked out from

Expenses
monthly = a fixed recurring cost (rent, subscriptions...), no date needed. Quarterly, yearly and one-off need a next charge date — those also show up in Deadlines.

Weekly schedule
fixed recurring blocks (classes, work...). For one-off dates use Deadlines or To-do — this is what repeats every week.
Tools
everyday odd jobs that don't belong to any project. All of them run inside your browser: nothing you type, add or drop here leaves this machine.
Calculator
press Enter to work it out. Takes + − × ÷ ^ and brackets, a comma or a dot for decimals, a space for thousands, "ans" for your last result — and % the way a calculator means it: 100+21% is 121, but 50*10% is 5.
What to charge per hour
admin, quotes, invoicing and hunting for work are the time that isn't billable — the share people forget, and the reason an hourly rate never matches the salary it came from.
What the payment platform keeps
the platforms are a starting point, not a quote: each one charges differently by country, card and currency, and both numbers underneath are yours to correct.
Currency converter
World clock
where your clients are, and when their day and yours actually meet.
Image converter
convert and resize without the file going anywhere. Re-encoding also drops every bit of metadata the picture was carrying — camera, timestamp and GPS location included.
Word count, and what it's worth
the text never leaves this box: it isn't saved, it isn't synced and it goes when you close the tab. Counting is by word boundary, so it works the same in a language that doesn't put spaces between words.
Contrast checker
the same maths this panel measures itself with. A colour that fails here is one your client can't read, and it's the kind of thing that comes back after the work is signed off.
Colour wheel
one colour in, the family it belongs to out — and the same colour written the three ways a stylesheet asks for it. Click any swatch to copy it.
Password generator
drawn from your browser's cryptographic randomness, never from Math.random. What comes out is not saved, not synced and not in the history: copy it into your password manager and it's gone when you close the tab.
QR code
a link, a phone number, the Wi-Fi password for the studio — anything that fits. The code is built here, in this tab: nothing is sent anywhere, which stops being a detail the moment what you're encoding is a password. It comes out black on white and stays that way whichever theme you're on: a QR is a contrast object, and a pretty one that half the phones can't read is a broken one.
Compare two texts
what changed between two versions of the same thing — the brief before and after the client "just tweaked a couple of words". Line by line, and neither text is saved: both go when you close the tab.
Clean up pasted text
paste anything — a web page, a PDF, an email, a chat — and it comes in as plain text: no formatting, no invisible characters, no stray spaces, ready to copy wherever it's going. Nothing is saved: it goes when you close the tab.
